The Old Man

It was high tide the sun was shining there was no clouds in the sky. It was 4 o'clock in the afternoon Chris & Emma Smith were enjoying a nice day at New Brighton beach in New Zealand. Chris is a 58 year old male, he likes to go to the gym 3 times a week and is retired. He has fluffy white here, is athletic and he wears a head band everywhere he goes. He has wrinkles on his arms and face and is 6 foot 5 and is from Hawaii. His wife Emma is a 60 year old female and is retired. She has long brown and curly hair with wrinkles on her arms and face. She is from Egypt and she likes to stay at home and read magazines and the newspaper.

A huge wave suddenly appeared and Emma took her mat which Emma had since she was 3 years old. They ran as fast as they could.  When the wave came crashing down it landed just in front of them. They got soaking wet when it splashed them. When the wave was going it took Emma's0c bag with it. Her bag had their water bottles, food and the sunblock.

When the wave was out of sight, Emma suddenly dropped the mat... and when she went to pick it up it was gone. They looked around and couldn’t see there mat. They also couldn’t see there best friend John who was the life guard at the beach. He was 34 years old australian male. He was 6 foot 9 and had blond hair. They walked around for a bit. Then they seen someone drop it near the changing rooms They ran to the changing room doging people. When they got to the changing room they picked the towel up and went inside.

When they got inside the only person in there was John. They asked him if he took the towel. He was silent... Then he snatched the towel and sprinted. He went straight into a dead end and Chris was right behind him. John was still silent so Chris grabbed the towel. John hit him in the stomach grabbed the towel and tried to dash pass them. Chris reacted swiftly and tripped John up. John was trying to hide the towel under him but Chris mannaged to grab it. Emma and Chris took John to the Security guard.

The security guard was a 23 year old African American male. He was 7 foot 2 and had dark skin. He had a shaved head and had some facial hair. Chris and Emma explained everything that had happened. When they had finished explaining it Bill called the police and told them that he had attempted robbery and asualted someone. When Bill went to grab John he was gone and was no where in sight.

Chris and Emma went back to there day at the beach. Then they seen john in the water trying to help a little girl. The little girl couldnt swim and was to far into the water. Her parents were sunbathing on the shore. He then brought the girl back to the shore and gave her to her parents. Chris and Emma walked up to John and asked him why he done it.

John said he remembered sitting next to them on the beach and then he said he blacked out and couldn’t remember anything. Emma and Chris took John to Bill and told him that John says he blacked out. So Bill investigates and try's to find out what happened. John kept saying that he blacked out and didn't remember any of it . So Bill believed him and let them continue there day out at the beach.

John, Chris and Emma enjoyed the rest of the day they had at the beach. When it was around 6 o'clock Emma and Chris left. They said bye to John and waved to him. They hopped in there rose red Toyota Prius and drove off.
